Exceptional Learners
Special Education services are provided to eligible students with disabilities from ages 3 through 21. The MSD of Pike Township serves approximately 1600 students with disabilities.
The district provides a full range of academic, behavioral, and related supports and services. Most students attend their neighborhood school and are educated with their non-disabled peers. In addition to the services and programs that are in place at each school, the district provides a continuum of services for students with significant disabilities and behavioral challenges.
