Summer Enrichment Program

The Summer Enrichment Program is a STEAM program that allows students to participate in an activity of their choice for the week. Breakfast, lunch and transportation will be provided.

• Who: Current students in grades K-7
   
• When: June 15-26, 2026
  No school June 19th in observance of the Juneteenth holiday
   
• Time: 8:00 a.m. to 12:45 p.m.
   
• Where: Guion Creek Middle School 
   
• Cost: Week 1: $40
  Week 2: $40
  2-week sessions: $80
  
  Payments can be made via the secure link (subject to a small service fee) or in person at your child’s school with no additional fees. Payment link can also be found within the Enrollment Form. **If prompted for a Bureau Code, type 9347706. Select "Summer Enrichment" after selecting the card type.

• Please pay close attention to the course grade levels as incorrect submissions can cause delays in your student's enrollment.
• Enrollment is first come, first served. Complete the online registration and payment in full as soon as possible to ensure your child gets a spot. Enrollment is limited!
• Courses are posted and assigned according to CURRENT GRADE of student.
• Courses without the minimum number of participants (10 students) will not be offered. You will be notified if a class does not meet the minimum enrollment and will be given other options, if available.
   

COMPLETE ENROLLMENT FORM 
 

1. Browse the Summer Enrichment digital catalog below. Use the filter to search for courses based on grade level or session week.
2. Write down the course code(s) for the course(s) your student wishes to attend.
3. Make sure you have your student's ID number (500#), graduation year as it is in Skyward, and the course codes for the sessions you are enrolling.
4. Make payment either at your child's school or via the secure payment link in the enrollment form.
5. Complete the Enrollment Form by May 15th at 5pm.

• Who: Grades K-8
• Where: Guion Creek Middle School Cafeteria.

If you choose a 2-week course, you cannot select another course. Your student must attend both weeks of that course.
