• How do I purchase tickets?

Tickets sold through the Pike Performing Arts Center are available through Ludus.  If the event tickets you are looking for is not available through this link, you will need to contact the event directly using the contact information for that unique event.

• I am in a wheelchair or have difficulty with steps. Where will my seats be located?

The Pike Performing Arts Center is fully compliant with ADA rules and regulations. We have seating areas in our theaters that will accommodate your needs.

In the Main Auditorium, you’ll find accessible seats in Rows L and Z of the Main Floor.

In the Studio Theatre, you'll find accessible seats are available in the last row.

The Balcony is accessible by 42 steps only. There is no elevator access or restrooms in the balcony. 

• Where can I park?

Plenty of free parking is available in the three lots that surround the Center. The lot directly in front of the Center is reserved for handicapped patrons only.

• Are concessions available?

Food and drinks are available at the concession stand in the Main Lobby prior and during intermission to most shows. We ask that all concessions remain in the lobby and that no outside food or drinks be brought into the facility.

• Do you have catering?

We offer wonderful catering and concessions through Chartwells our in-house food service.  Their excellent staff will help you with all of your food needs at any of our events at the Pike Performing Arts Center.  We ask that you contact a Chartwells representative for all your food service needs since they have first right of refusal to provide excellent options for all of our renters.

• Can I take pictures in the theatre?

Due to copyright law some productions prohibit the taking of photographs or videos or using recording devices in the theatre. Some exceptions may apply.

• What hotels are located near the Pike Performing Arts Center?

There are a number of hotels nearby the Pike Performing Arts Center.
