On-Site Vaccinations will be available at the Pike Freshman Center Cafeteria from 1:30pm - 6:00pm on Monday, December 7 and Monday, December 14, 2020.

All forms must be completed and received no later than 24 hours prior to the start of the clinic in order to participate.
