How will state-mandated assessment administration be addressed while students are away from school buildings

Governor Holcomb’s Executive Order 20-05 states, “All state-mandated assessments are canceled for the 2019-2020 academic year.”

Music Instruments & Building Access for Personal Items


At this time we cannot grant access to our buildings; however, we will share details with you as soon as we are safely able to do so.

Middle School Courses for PHS High School credit


Based on the Indiana Department of Education requirements, students completing high school credit courses must actively participate and complete the assignments required for the course. Grades for credited courses will be reported and placed on student’s transcripts.

Students who do not meet the course requirements will NOT receive credit for the course.


Students are expected to participate in remote learning. Grades for the 4th quarter will be based on the student’s 3rd quarter grade and participation in remote learning opportunities. It should be noted that participation in remote learning can improve the impact of your final grade.

Obtaining password reset support for students while home:

  1. Call 317-387-2525 and press 1 for students
  2. Leave a message with your name, ID number, and a return phone number

 Calls placed before 3:00 will be returned on the same day.  When the call is returned, the student will need to provide their username, as well as:

●      K-5:  Date of birth and homeroom teacher name

●      6-12:  Date of birth and second-period teacher’s name

●      Parents:  Name, Phone number, email address, and home address

Teacher & Administration Communication

You can contact your child’s teachers through Canvas messaging and/or email. Staff email addresses can be found by clicking on the course title and then teacher name in the Skyward grade book or via the staff directory on each school’s website.

Fees (book rentals; lunch accounts)


Fees, such as book rental can be mailed to the Administrative Service Center 6901 Zionsville Rd., Indpls, IN 46268 - Attn: Darlene Eberhardt.


Payments can also be paid online at www.pike.k12.in.us. Click on the “School Payments” link found at the bottom left side of the home page.


Lunch balances can be paid through the My School Bucks app or online at www.pike.k12.in.us. Click on the “Lunch Payments” link found at the bottom left side of the home page.

Scheduling for 2020-2021


  • Scheduling for 2020-2021 has begun. Should you have any questions about your child’s schedule, you can contact your child’s counselor.

All enrollment and registration will take place online via the links provided at this time. Dates for future in-person registration, enrollment, and Kindergarten Round up opportunities will be provided when possible.



The delivery of yearbooks will be determined at a later date. When they are available for pickup, families will be notified through Skyward messaging and social media.
